To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to take note of the following salon policies:

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service you booked, and you could still be charged for the time reserved. Please understand that this helps us stay on schedule for all clients

Deposits & Cancellation:

At the time of booking, we require a 30% deposit to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final service price

If you must cancel or rearrange your appointment we respectfully request

24 hours notice for appointments under 60 mins

48 hours notice for appointments over 60 mins

Cancellations without the required notice or no shows will forfeit the deposit

Deposits for extensions will be 50% and will be taken at your consultation appointment, these are non refundable once the hair has been ordered. We will require 48 hours notice to amend an extension application appointment.

First Appointments (Weekday 9.30 AM / Saturday 8:00 AM):

If you have the first appointment, please arrive on time, not early. Our team uses this time for prep and setup to ensure we are fully ready for your service.

Root Sprays:

We recommend avoiding root sprays before your colour appointment. if root sprays are used, it is at your own risk, as it may act as a barrier and affect colour coverage

Jewellery:

While we take great care during services, we advise wearing jewellery at your own risk. The salon cannot be responsible for any loss or damage.

Clothing:

Please be mindful of your clothing choices, especially if wearing delicate fabrics such as silk. We recommend avoiding these as there is always a risk during salon treatments.
